Parents of all students are invited to visit the office during the above dates and times to update emergency contact information, obtain student insurance applications, complete volunteer applications, sign-up for library assistance, etc. If you have updated the emergency contact information on-line, please print a copy of the completed form and bring it along with you to the office. There will be technology equipment available should you have the need.
Once all documentation is received, you will be given the name of your child's teacher.
